Bicycles are a great form of transportation as well as exercise. Many people all across the world ride bicycles. Some even make it their main source of transportation.
Bicycles are also a great way to lose unwanted pounds. By riding a bike to work you can lose a substantial amount of weight that you wouldn’t have otherwise. Knowing the right kind of bike to pick out is the first step in riding a bike.
There are many different forms of bikes. From street bicycles, to cruiser bicycles, to mountain bicycles, they all do different things. There are also BMX types bikes that many younger kids like to ride. Whatever your choice is, you will have fun riding a bike.
